Usage & Aftercare
We would suggest cleaning your Pingewood every 1-2 months dependant on usage. The exterior can be simply washed down with a hose pipe. A 1cm high bed of ash is the perfect amount to be left in the fire bed for better burning. Use a shovel to remove any ash above this height and dispose into a black bin liner

Pingewoods do not need a weather cover and can be left outdoors in all seasons, all year round. A Pingewood weather cover can be used to prolong the life of your Pingewood.
Your Pingewood should be left to cool down for more than 8 hours and all embers should be extinguished before storing. Otherwise this could result in Carbon Monoxide poisoning or be a fire hazard.

Pingewoods are designed and manufactured in Great Britain in our Pingewood factory situated in the South of England.
Pingewoods are made from different types of thick and durable steel which are specially shaped by our metal fabricators to create our wonderful designs.
Pingewood sprung to life after a few beers on a late summers evening around a fire pit that was half falling apart and we had only had it a season. This got us thinking…
After a bit of research we asked ourselves, why do we settle for this just because it is the industry norm?..
With a background in design and manufacturer we set out bending bits of metal to create an outdoor fire that did exactly what we wanted and it basically just went from there.

Orders & Delivery
Whoop! Shipping is completely free by our very own Pingewood delivery service. Yes we are quite proud about this.
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.
Unfortunately, we currently deliver to the UK mainland only. We hope to deliver our Pingewoods worldwide, eventually.
A white glove delivery & installation service is offered with all Pingewood products by our team of professionals. Our team will safely deliver and install your Pingewood in position. A walk through and example lighting is also included.
Returns & Warranty
We believe in our Pingewoods that much that we offer a 1 year warranty as standard and we’ll extend this to a 5 year warranty when your register your outdoor fire with us.
Yes we accept returns upto 30 days from the point of sale. Pingewood are not liable for return shipping which is paid by the customer.
